At Riley & Knox, we want every order to arrive safely, on time, and with complete transparency. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.


Order Cut-Off & Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM AEST  are processed the same business day.

  • Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.

  • All orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).


Transit Time

  • United States: 5-10 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

  • Carriers operate Monday–Friday.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur sometime due to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs processing, or high shipping volumes.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: $5.99

  • International Shipping: $5.99

  • Free Shipping worldwide on orders over $80



Customs Duties & Import Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.

  • These charges are not included in product prices or shipping rates.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Track your order anytime on our Track Order page.


Failed Deliveries

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal to pay customs fees, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs.


Returns & Refunds


European Union Customers

  • EU law allows returns within 14 days of receiving your order for any reason.

  • Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
