30-Day Return & Refund Guarantee

We want you to feel confident shopping with Riley & Knox. This policy explains how returns and refunds work in a clear and transparent way. At Riley & Knox we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


1. Return Eligibility

 

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Items must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


2. How to Request a Return

Please contact us before sending any item back.

  • Your order number

  • Item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

We will provide return instructions once your return request is approved.


3. Return Shipping

  • For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

After review, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund to your original payment method
    (Store credit may be offered if preferred.)


5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

We do not charge restocking fees for approved returns.

Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and inspected.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if not yet processed or shipped.

Orders already shipped must follow the return process after delivery.


7. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods

  • Personalized/custom products

  • Items marked final sale on the product page


8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
